More pictures, Carolinas

We are now in the middle of the Dismal Swamp Canal and have successfully navigated through the first lock! The welcome centre for North Carolina looked like a good stop and they offer internet- yay. We have left Elizabeth City and expect to be in Norfolk, Virginia tomorrow. We here that the tall ships are in town so maybe we'll see those?

This is Rob looking serious while hanging out in a creek in South Carolina. It had the coolest beach- very steep hill of sand that the kids climbed and jumped over and over again. Abbey actually had sore legs after this! Soon after we stopped in Barefoot landing, the camera card was full so no pictures! Barefoot landing is essentially Myrtle beach and this is where we went for Abbey's birthday on the way down. We actually chose not to ocean hop outside so that Abbey could stop here again because she liked it so much. We took the kids to "Pirates of the Caribbean- At World's End"- it was great.
