Exumas Pictures

These are random pictures from the Exumas. I apologize that they are not in any particular order. It would take me so long to rearrange it so I'll just go for it and explain them all.

This first one is Maggie enjoying the dinghy. Sometimes she likes to go in there when we're at anchor but usually it's a hint that she wants to go ashore for a walk!!

Mandy in the cockpit when at anchor. Looking at charts and enjoying the day.

These are the Exuma Land and Sea Park again. They had a gigantic whale skeleton on the beach from a whale that died from eating plastic. They also had a huge tricycle bike to take on the water which the kids enjoyed. The next is the kids feeding the little birds. They eat sugar from your hand. They are a nector bird called a Banaquit. Very cute and very tame.

The kids were so excited when we were sailing into Georgetown they were out on the bow playing and giggling. It was very cute.

When we were in Staniel Cay we took in some breakfast with the crew of Kismet and then walked around the town. View of Chris and Rob walking along the roadway.

Abbey on Snowday

The boat race on kids day during the cruiser's regatta. Abbey's boat is the plastic WalMart bag boat and hers went all the way through but wasn't as fast as the others. If the finish line had been further she would have won as hers went all the way and the others sank shortly after the finish line!!

Matthew with his boat. A coconut and a sail made with extra mosquito netting. He sewed it himself and added a skull and crossswords picture! Way to go Matthew!!

This one's from Matthew on a playfort that has been slowly constructed by vacationers and cruisers over the years at Staniel Cay. This is where the James Bond Thunderball cave is located.
